Cooking Directions

DO NOT PLACE THIS PACKAGE IN MICROWAVE.

STOVE TOP DIRECTIONS:

Open package and pour frozen kale into a saucepan. Cover with water. Boil for 3 minutes. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Add additional water if needed. Drain.

FOR FOOD SAFETY:
  • Keep frozen until ready to cook
  • Do not refreeze
  • Heat to 165°F before use
  • Refrigerate leftovers
