Kale and Parmesan Soup

Serve this healthy comfort food to those you love.



  1. PLACE frozen kale, onions, garlic powder and red pepper flakes in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes.
  2. REDUCE heat, cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes until kale is tender.
  3. ADD salt and pepper to taste and stir.
  4. SPRINKLE cheese over top of soup and serve.
