Creamed Cut Leaf Kale

The rich smokey sauce is a wonderful way to compliment the kale.



  1. PREPARE frozen kale according to package directions and drain.
  2. MELT butter in a non-stick skillet and sauté frozen onions until translucent. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  3. REDUCE heat and add milk, flour and salt. Whisk together until smooth and mixture begins to thicken.
  4. ADD cheese and pepper flakes and cook until cheese is melted. Fold into kale and serve.
