Marinated Asparagus

This dish can be prepared in advance. Good served chilled or at room temperature.



  1. PLACE frozen asparagus and green peppers in a saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil. Cook for 3 minutes and drain.
  2. COMBINE all remaining ingredients in a shallow non-metallic bowl.
  3. ADD the cooked asparagus and peppers to the bowl and toss to coat.
  4. COVER and marinate 2-3 hours in refrigerator until ready to serve.
