Directions
- PLACE frozen asparagus and green peppers in a saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil. Cook for 3 minutes and drain.
- COMBINE all remaining ingredients in a shallow non-metallic bowl.
- ADD the cooked asparagus and peppers to the bowl and toss to coat.
- COVER and marinate 2-3 hours in refrigerator until ready to serve.

- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon pimento, chopped
