Creole Corn

An exciting flavor redefines this most universal vegetable.



  1. HEAT bacon drippings in a large skillet. Cook frozen onions and peppers until onions become translucent.
  2. ADD thawed corn and tomatoes, bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. REDUCE heat and simmer for 15 minutes until bubbly.
  4. SPRINKLE with bacon, salt and pepper. Stir and serve.
