3 Pepper, Broccoli and Goat Cheese Pizza

This is gourmet pizza without a lot of effort. Top a premade crust with these great toppings and wow the crowd!

  1. PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Place pre-baked crust on baking sheet and set aside.
  2. HEAT oil in a large skillet and sauté frozen pepper blend, broccoli, salt, oregano and pepper for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and cool for 5-6 minutes.
  3. SPRINKLE 1/3 of cheese on crust and spread to cover center, leaving a 1/2 inch border along the edge.
  4. TRANSFER vegetable mixture onto crust and spread. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake until cheese has softened and crust has browned.
