Cooking Directions

MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:
Do Not Open, Pierce, or Thaw Before Cooking

  1. Gently shake package to distribute contents.
  2. Place ONE package THIS SIDE UP in microwave.
  3. Microwave on HIGH for listed time.
  4. Wattage 700-800 900-1000 1100-1200

    3 ½ min.
    3 min.
  5. Let stand 1 min. CAUTION bag will be hot.
  6. Open package, stir and enjoy!

STOVE TOP DIRECTIONS:
Pour frozen edamame into saucepan. Cover with water. Boil for 3 min. Drain.

FOR FOOD SAFETY:
  • Keep frozen until ready to cook
  • Do not refreeze
  • Heat to 165°F before use
  • Refrigerate leftovers
