Spicy Roasted Edamame

Make this spicy snack for a healthy alternative to serve for movie night.



Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place frozen shelled edamame in a shallow baking pan. Drizzle with oil, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Toss to coat and arrange in a single layer. Roast for 10 minutes, stir and continue cooking for 5-10 minutes or until desired browning has occurs. Serve and enjoy.
