Spicy Roasted Edamame

Make this spicy snack for a healthy alternative to serve for movie night.



  1. PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Prepare frozen edamame according to package directions and drain.
  2. PLACE edamame in a shallow baking pan, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Toss to coat and arrange in a single layer.
  3. ROAST for 10 minutes, stir and continue cooking for 5-10 minutes or until desired browning has occurred.
