Weeknight Cheese Steak Sandwiches

When time is short, these cheese steak sandwiches will satisfy your family in a flash.


  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3/4 cup frozen Pictsweet Farms 3 Color Pepper & Onion Strips
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 pound deli roast beef, sliced thin and cut into strips
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste


In a skillet, heat olive oil and saute' 3 pepper and onion blend until onion becomes translucent. Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes. Place roast beef in the skillet, cook on medium heat until all ingredients are heated through. Add salt and pepper if desired. Place 1 slice of cheese on each roll and spoon beef mixture on top. Add any sandwich toppings you desire like lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, etc.
