Weeknight Cheese Steak Sandwiches

When time is short, these cheese steak sandwiches will satisfy your family in a flash.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 (16 oz.) package frozen Pictsweet Farms 3 Color Pepper & Onion Strips
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 pound deli roast beef, sliced thin and cut into strips
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 rolls

Directions

  1. HEAT oil in a large skillet. Sauté frozen pepper and onion strips until onions are translucent. Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  2. ADD roast beef and Italian seasoning to the skillet and cook on medium until mixture is heated throughly. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. SPOON ¼ meat mixture on each roll and top with 1 slice of cheese. Serve.
