Directions
- HEAT oil in a large skillet. Sauté frozen pepper and onion strips until onions are translucent. Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- ADD roast beef and Italian seasoning to the skillet and cook on medium until mixture is heated throughly. Add salt and pepper to taste.
