Vegetable and Rice Soup

Keep this soup in your freezer for quick, hearty winter meals.



  1. MELT butter in a large pot and sauté frozen seasoning blend for 2 minutes.
  2. POUR chicken broth, frozen okra, lima beans and corn into the pot. Bring mixture to a boil and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. STIR in tomatoes, rice, salt and pepper.
  4. REDUCE heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until vegetables and rice are tender.
