Spinach Rollups

Simple to make and great for parties.

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) package frozen Pictsweet Farms Baby Leaf Spinach
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 envelope Ranch style dressing mix
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits
  • 2 teaspoons horseradish
  • 9 (10 inch) flour tortillas

Directions

  1. PREPARE frozen spinach according to package directions and drain.
  2. BLEND spinach, mayonnaise, sour cream, dressing mix, bacon bits, and horseradish.
  3. SPREAD spinach mixture evenly on tortillas. Roll up tortillas and press edges to seal.
  4. CHILL 3 to 5 hours in refrigerator. Cut tortillas into 1/2 inch slices. Serve cold.
