Spinach and Ham Breakfast Bake

This is the perfect dish for brunch and it can be made up 10 hours in advance.



  1. PREPARE frozen spinach according to package directions and drain.
  2. MELT butter in a skillet and sauté frozen onions until translucent. Blend in spinach and continue cooking for 2 minutes.
  3. CUT bread into triangles. Place a layer of bread in bottom of greased 9x13 casserole dish. Follow with a layer of cheese, a layer of spinach mixture and a layer of ham. Repeat layers.
  4. BLEND together eggs and milk. Pour over layers, cover and chill in refrigerator for up to 10 hours.
  5. BAKE at 325°F for 1 hour.
