Directions
- PREPARE frozen spinach according to package directions and drain.
- MELT butter in a skillet and sauté frozen onions until translucent. Blend in spinach and continue cooking for 2 minutes.
- CUT bread into triangles. Place a layer of bread in bottom of greased 9x13 casserole dish. Follow with a layer of cheese, a layer of spinach mixture and a layer of ham. Repeat layers.
- BLEND together eggs and milk. Pour over layers, cover and chill in refrigerator for up to 10 hours.
- BAKE at 325°F for 1 hour.

- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons frozen Pictsweet Farms Chopped Onions
- 18 slices bread
- 12 slices sharp American cheese
- 2 cups ham, cubed
- 6 eggs, lightly beaten
- 3 cups milk
