Southwest Beans, Okra and Corn

This versatile side dish will work with many of your favorite entrees'.

Directions

  1. PLACE frozen beans in a saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil. Cook for 3 minutes. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 40 minutes or until beans are tender. Drain.
  2. PLACE frozen okra and corn in the saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil. Cook for 3 minutes and drain.
  3. BLEND all vegetables with tomatoes and salt in the pan.
  4. HEAT thoroughly and serve.
