Shrimp and Corn Soup

Add a bit of spice to your life with this tasty soup.


  • 1 (10 oz.) package frozen Pictsweet Farms Cut Corn
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 (10 oz.) package frozen Pictsweet Farms Seasoning Blend
  • 1 (32 oz.) package chicken broth
  • 1 cup chunky salsa
  • 3/4 pound medium raw shrimp, shelled, deveined, cooked
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. PREPARE frozen corn according to package directions and drain.
  2. HEAT oil in a stockpot. Sauté frozen seasoning blend until onions are translucent.
  3. STIR in broth, corn and salsa and simmer for 15 minutes. Add shrimp and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. REMOVE from heat and sprinkle with cilantro, salt and pepper.
