Roasted Tuscan Vegetables

A great blend of vegetables to serve with your Italian style dinner.



  1. PREHEAT oven to 450°F.
  2. PLACE frozen vegetables in a shallow pan. Drizzle with oil, Italian seasoning and pepper. Toss to coat and arrange in a single layer.
  3. ROAST 20 minutes or until desired browning occurs. Stir once halfway through.
  4. REMOVE from oven, sprinkle with cheese and allow to sit for 2 minutes until cheese begins to melt.
