Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Brown Sugar Glaze

These sweet potatoes will become a staple at all of your holiday gatherings.


  • 1 (18 oz.) package frozen Pictsweet Farms Sweet Potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 1/3 cup dark brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon whipping cream


Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place frozen vegetables in shallow baking pan. Drizzle with oil, salt and pepper. Toss to coat and arrange in a single layer. Roast for 15 minutes, stir and continue cooking for an additional 10 minutes. Remove from oven and place in a serving dish. In a small saucepan, melt butter and add remaining ingredients. Cook on medium heat stirring constantly. When mixture begins to bubble, reduce heat and continue to cook for 10 minutes or until reduced by half. Drizzle glaze over potatoes. Serve and enjoy.
