Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Brown Sugar Glaze

These sweet potatoes will become a staple at all of your holiday gatherings.



  1. PREHEAT oven to 450°F.
  2. PLACE frozen vegetables in a shallow baking pan. Drizzle with oil, salt and pepper. Toss to coat and arrange in a single layer.
  3. ROAST for 20 minutes or until desired browning has occurred. Stir once halfway through.
  4. MELT butter in a small saucepan and add remaining ingredients. Cook on medium heat stirring constantly. When mixture begins to bubble, reduce heat and continue to cook for 10 minutes.
  5. DRIZZLE glaze over potatoes and serve.
