Mexican Street Corn Bites

This delightful appetizer will make your next fiesta the talk of the town.

Directions

  1. COMBINE sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese and 3 teaspoons dry taco seasoning.
  2. ROAST frozen corn according to package directions. Pour into a bowl and stir. Reduce oven temperature to 375°F.
  3. LAYER cheese blend and corn in tortilla scoops.
  4. PLACE filled chips on a shallow baking pan and lightly sprinkle cotija cheese on top. Place in oven and cook for 3-4 minutes. Remove from oven and serve.
