Directions
- PLACE frozen kale in a saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil. Cook for 3 minutes.
- REDUCE heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes and drain.
- HEAT oil in a large skillet and sauté frozen onions until translucent. Add kale, garlic, tomatoes, Italian seasoning and broth. Cook on low until liquid is gone.
- REMOVE from heat and toss with vinegar. Top with cheese if desired.
