Directions
- COOK sausage and frozen onions in a Dutch oven until sausage is browned and onions are translucent. Drain and return to pan.
- ADD broth, potatoes, frozen greens, garlic and red pepper flakes to the pan. Boil until potatoes and greens are tender.
- POUR whipping cream into the pan.
- HEAT on medium until soup thickens. Sprinkle with salt to taste.

- 1 (32 oz.) container fat free chicken broth
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 (14 oz.) package frozen Pictsweet Farms Mixed Greens

- 1/2 cup half-and-half cream
