Holiday Vegetable Medley

Colorful, tasty, and just right for Thanksgiving dinner.

  1. PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Prepare frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots according to package directions and drain.
  2. MELT 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet and sauté frozen onions until translucent. Add broccoli mixture, soup, sour cream and 1 cup croutons, blending well.
  3. POUR vegetable mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  4. COAT croutons in remaining tablespoon of melted butter. Top vegetable casserole with croutons and bake for 30 minutes.
