Green Pea Salad

Great summer salad with the tempting flavor of bacon.



  1. PLACE frozen peas and green peppers in a saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil. Cook for 3 minutes and drain.
  2. COMBINE all ingredients in a large bowl and toss gently to blend.
  3. REFRIGERATE for 1 hour prior to serving.
  4. SERVE chilled.
