Directions
- HEAT reserved bacon drippings in a medium pan and cook frozen onions until translucent.
- ADD frozen greens and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes.
- REDUCE heat, cover and simmer for 25-30 minutes until tender. Add bacon crumbles, vinegar and sugar. Stir to blend and continue to cook for 1-2 minutes.
- SEASON with salt and pepper as desired.

- 1 (14 oz.) package frozen Pictsweet Farms Chopped Collard Greens
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
