Directions
- PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Steam frozen asparagus according to package directions and drain.
 - PLACE parchment paper on baking sheet. Prepare 3 containers for the breading process. 1st bowl contains flour, 2nd bowl contains salt and eggs and 3rd bowl contains bread crumbs and cheese.
 - DIP each piece of asparagus in each bowl and place on baking sheet in a single layer.
 - BAKE 5 minutes, turn spears and cook for 7 minutes until spears reach a golden brown color.

 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - 3 large eggs, beaten
 - 1 cup Itailan bread crumbs
 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
