Directions
- PREPARE frozen kale according to package directions and drain.
- MELT butter in a non-stick skillet and sauté frozen onions until translucent. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- REDUCE heat and add milk, flour and salt. Whisk together until smooth and mixture begins to thicken.
- ADD cheese and pepper flakes and cook until cheese is melted. Fold into kale and serve.
