Cream of Mustard Green Soup with Provolone Cheese

This is a velvety rich soup, great for any meal or special occasion.



  1. PLACE frozen greens and onions in a saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil. Cook for 3 minutes and drain.
  2. PURÉE greens and broth in a blender. Return to pan.
  3. STIR in flour and milk. Cook on low heat until thickened.
  4. ADD salt, pepper and cheese. Stir to blend and serve.
