Directions
- PREPARE frozen corn according to package directions and drain.
- PURÉE corn, egg, salt, sugar, pepper and flour in a food processor. Mixture will be thick and slightly chunky.
- HEAT oil in a skillet. Drop corn mixture by tablespoons into hot oil.
- FRY on each side until golden brown. Serve with powdered sugar or maple syrup.
