Corn and Ripe Olive Salad

Flavor and color make this an excellent side dish.



  1. PLACE frozen corn and seasoning blend in a saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil.
  2. COOK for 3 minutes and drain.
  3. BLEND corn mixture and remaining ingredients together.
  4. CHILL in refrigerator for at least 2 hours prior to serving.
