Corn and Pepper Salsa

Serve this quick salsa with tortilla chips, but don't stop there. Warm, it makes a delicious topping for chicken cutlets, fish, pork tenderloin or filling for tacos.



  1. PLACE frozen seasoning blend and corn in a large skillet.
  2. SAUTÉ with oil until onions become translucent.
  3. REMOVE from heat and add all remaining ingredients.
  4. BLEND well and serve.
