Directions
- PREPARE frozen corn according to package directions and drain.
- MELT butter in a skillet and sauté frozen seasoning blend until onions are translucent. Add corn, chicken, salsa, olives and chili powder.
- REDUCE heat, cover and simmer for 4 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Spoon 1/2 cup chicken mixture into each tortilla.
- SPRINKLE with cheese. Roll up and secure with a toothpick.

- 1 cup frozen Pictsweet Farms Seasoning Blend
- 1 pound chicken, cooked and cubed
- 1 1/2 cups salsa
- 1/4 cup ripe olives, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 6 flour tortillas
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
