Chicken Veggie Chowder

Even the novice chef will find this chowder easy to prepare.



  1. MELT butter in a Dutch oven. Sauté frozen pepper blend until onions are translucent.
  2. ADD frozen corn, broth and potatoes to the pan. Bring to a boil and cook until potatoes are tender.
  3. STIR in chicken, milk, salt and pepper. Cook until soup thickens and is heated through.
