Chicken and Spinach Orzo Soup

This wonderful soup is ideal for nights when it's cold outside and time is short.



  1. HEAT oil in a Dutch oven. Sauté frozen spinach and carrots for 5 minutes.
  2. ADD broth, chicken and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. REDUCE heat to low. Add orzo and cook for 8 minutes or until orzo is tender.
  4. ADD cream and cheese. Heat thoroughly.
