Directions
- HEAT oil in a Dutch oven. Sauté frozen spinach and carrots for 5 minutes.
- ADD broth, chicken and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes.
- REDUCE heat to low. Add orzo and cook for 8 minutes or until orzo is tender.
- ADD cream and cheese. Heat thoroughly.

- 1 1/2 cup dry orzo
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
