Directions
- PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Prepare frozen cauliflower according to package directions and drain.
- PLACE spaghetti mix, water, tomato sauce and oil in a saucepan. Blend well and simmer for 10 minutes.
- ARRANGE alternating layers of cauliflower and Mozzarella cheese in a casserole dish.
- POUR sauce mixture over top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 20 minutes and serve.
