Cauliflower Italiano

Everyone loves the flavors of Italy. Here's a recipe that will bring those great tastes to cauliflower.

Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) packages frozen Pictsweet Farms Cauliflower Florets
  • 1 package dry spaghetti sauce mix
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 pound Mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

  1. PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Prepare frozen cauliflower according to package directions and drain.
  2. PLACE spaghetti mix, water, tomato sauce and oil in a saucepan. Blend well and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. ARRANGE alternating layers of cauliflower and Mozzarella cheese in a casserole dish.
  4. POUR sauce mixture over top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 20 minutes and serve.
