Broccoli Salad

A nice combination of texture, color and taste. Keeps refrigerated several days.


  • 1 (20oz.) package frozen Pictsweet Farms Baby Broccoli Florets
  • 6 slices cooked, crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar


Place frozen broccoli in a saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes and drain. Place in a large bowl. Add crumbled bacon, onion, raisins, and cheese. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise and vinegar. Add this to the broccoli mixture and toss gently. Can be served at room temperature or chilled.
