Broccoli Salad

A nice combination of texture, color and taste.


  • 1 (20 oz.) package frozen Pictsweet Farms Baby Broccoli Florets
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 8 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar


  1. PLACE frozen broccoli in a saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil. Cook for 3 minutes, drain and place in a large bowl.
  2. ADD bacon, onion, raisins and cheese to the broccoli and stir.
  3. BLEND mayonnaise and vinegar together in a small bowl.
  4. POUR mayonnaise mixture over the broccoli mixture and toss to coat.
