Broccoli Cheddar Cornbread

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) package frozen Pictsweet Farms Broccoli Florets
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 (8.5 oz.) box cornbread muffin mix

Directions

  1. PREHEAT oven to 400°F.
  2. PREPARE broccoli according to package directions; drain and allow to cool.
  3. CHOP broccoli into bite size pieces.
  4. COMBINE all ingredients in a bowl, mix thoroughly.
  5. POUR into a greased 9x13 baking pan.
  6. BAKE for 25-30 minutes.
