Breakfast Scramblers Burritos

Busy mornings just got easier. These breakfast burritos come together fast with Pictsweet Farms Breakfast Scramblers Potatoes, Peppers & Onions—excellent for meal prep and great on the go.

  1. PREHEAT large skillet for 2 minutes at medium-high heat.
  2. COOK sausage according to package directions, drain excess oil from skillet, and set sausage aside.
  3. ADD frozen Breakfast Scramblers to skillet and cook according to package directions.
  4. COMBINE sausage with Breakfast Scramblers during last minute of cooking.

  5. BURRITO ASSEMBLY:
  6. SPOON ½ cup of prepared filling into center of tortilla.
  7. FOLD sides of tortilla inwards over the filling and roll tightly.
  8. PLACE burrito seam side down to seal.
  9. SERVE immediately or store in freezer for up to 1 month.

  10. Optional Meal Prep: Make burritos ahead of time and freeze. Allow burritos to cool before freezing, wrap each burrito in parchment paper and place in freezer-safe zip-top bag or airtight container. Remove from container and reheat in microwave for 2 minutes or until fully heated.
