How to Prepare Breakfast Scramblers Potatoes, Onions & Peppers with Salt & Cracked Pepper

YOU WILL NEED:
1 pkg. Pictsweet Farms frozen Vegetables for Breakfast Scramblers Potatoes, Onions & Peppers with Salt & Cracked Pepper
8 eggs
1 cup cheese (if desired)

  1. PREHEAT large skillet for 2 minutes at medium heat.
  2. ADD frozen vegetables. COOK 14 MINUTES Stir frequently.
  3. ADD eggs and COOK 2 MINUTES Stir frequently. ADD cheese (if desired).
  4. COOK 1 additional minute or until eggs are ready. Stir frequently.
FOR FOOD SAFETY:
  • Keep frozen until ready to cook
  • Do not refreeze
  • Heat to 165°F before use
  • Refrigerate leftovers
