Directions
- PLACE frozen blackeye peas, seasoning blend and collards in a saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil. Cook for 3 minutes.
- REDUCE heat, cover and simmer for 35-40 minutes until blackeye peas are tender. Drain.
- RETURN blackeye pea mixture to saucepan and add all remaining ingredients.
- COOK on medium heat about 45-55 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz.) package frozen Pictsweet Farms Blackeye Peas
- 1 (10 oz.) package frozen Pictsweet Farms Seasoning Blend
- 1 (14 oz.) package frozen Pictsweet Farms Chopped Collard Greens
- 1 (32 oz.) package chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup ham, cooked and chopped
- 2 (14.5 oz) cans diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1/2 teaspoon Creole seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
