  1. PLACE frozen blackeye peas, seasoning blend and chopped collards in a saucepan, cover with chicken broth and water. Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes.
  2. REDUCE heat, cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes.
  3. ADD all remaining ingredients.
  4. COOK on medium heat for 30 minutes.
  5. SERVE and enjoy!
