Directions
- PLACE frozen blackeye peas, seasoning blend and chopped collards in a saucepan, cover with chicken broth and water. Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes.
- REDUCE heat, cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes.
- ADD all remaining ingredients.
- COOK on medium heat for 30 minutes.

- 1 (12 oz.) package frozen Pictsweet Farms Blackeye Peas
- 1 (10 oz.) package frozen Pictsweet Farms Seasoning Blend
- 1 (14 oz.) package frozen Pictsweet Farms Chopped Collard Greens
- 1 (32 oz.) carton chicken broth
- 3 cups water
- 1/2 cup ham, cooked and chopped
- 2 (14.5 oz.) cans diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 tsp Creole seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
