Bacon Ranch Kale Dip

This savory dip is fantastic served with crackers, pita chips, or fresh cut veggies.

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 oz.) package frozen Pictsweet Farms Cut Leaf Kale
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package ranch dressing mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions

  1. PREPARE frozen kale according to package directions, drain and allow to cool.
  2. MIX kale and all remaining ingredients together.
  3. CHILL in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour prior to serving.
