Asparagus with Dill Sauce

This chilled side dish is a great addition to your next brunch and can be made ahead.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) package frozen Pictsweet Farms Asparagus Spears
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. PREPARE frozen asparagus according to package directions. Drain and chill for 30 minutes.
  2. BLEND all remaining ingredients together in a small bowl. Chill for 30 minutes.
  3. DRIZZLE sauce over asparagus when ready to serve.
