Vegetables for Stew

A hearty stew is an A-list contender for comfort food. We’ll help you get a pot started with our blend of premium stew vegetables that includes potatoes, carrots, creamer onions and celery. Best of all, they’re pre-mixed and pre-chopped so we’ve taken most of the legwork out of the preparation.
Beef Stew2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 lb. beef cubes (cut into 1/2" pieces)
1 pkg. Pictsweet Farms frozen Vegetables for Stew
1 (14.5 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, undrained
2 1/2 cups beef broth
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
- HEAT oil in stockpot and cook beef thoroughly.
- ADD frozen vegetables and remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Cover and boil 3 minutes.
- SIMMER for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
DO NOT PLACE THIS PACKAGE IN MICROWAVE.
- Keep frozen until ready to cook
- Do not refreeze
- Heat to 165°F before use
- Refrigerate leftovers
