Quick and Easy Vegetable Stew

This savory stew is great to freeze and have on hand to warm those chilly winter days.



  1. COOK beef in a stockpot until thoroughly browned. Drain and return to pan.
  2. ADD remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Cook for 3 minutes.
  3. REDUCE heat, cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
