Zesty Shoepeg Corn and Tomatoes

A great combination that tastes wonderful and really dresses up a meal.


  • 1 (20 oz.) package frozen Pictsweet Farms White Shoepeg Corn
  • 1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1/3 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder


  1. PREPARE frozen corn according to package directions and drain.
  2. COMBINE corn, tomatoes, dressing, parsley flakes and garlic powder in a skillet.
  3. PLACE on stove top and heat thoroughly.
