Yellow Squash Casserole

Yellow Squash is always a summer time favorite. Now it's easy to prepare and serve anytime.



  1. PREHEAT oven to 325°F.
  2. PLACE frozen squash and onions in a saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil. Cook for 3 minutes and drain.
  3. COMBINE squash mixture, 2 tablespoons butter, milk, egg, salt, pepper, cheese and 1 cup cracker crumbs. Pour into a greased casserole dish.
  4. MIX remaining butter and cracker crumbs. Top casserole with crumb mixture and bake for 30 minutes.
