Directions
- PREHEAT oven to 325°F.
- PLACE frozen squash and onions in a saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil. Cook for 3 minutes and drain.
- COMBINE squash mixture, 2 tablespoons butter, milk, egg, salt, pepper, cheese and 1 cup cracker crumbs. Pour into a greased casserole dish.
- MIX remaining butter and cracker crumbs. Top casserole with crumb mixture and bake for 30 minutes.

- 1/2 cup frozen Pictsweet Farms Chopped Onions
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted and divided
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg, beaten

- 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
