Veggie Soup to Die For

When you want good soup in a hurry, this is your recipe!


  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 (24 oz.) package frozen Pictsweet Farms Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 (1 oz.) envelope onion soup mix
  • 1 (46 oz.) can V-8 juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded


  1. COOK beef in a Dutch oven until browned. Drain and return to pan.
  2. ADD frozen mixed vegetables, soup mix and juice. Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. REDUCE heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. SPRINKLE with salt and pepper. Serve with cheese on top.
