Tangy Greens

Lemon juice gives the tang to this popular southern vegetable.



  1. PLACE frozen greens in a saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil. Cook for 3 minutes.
  2. REDUCE heat, cover and simmer for 25 minutes or until greens are tender. Drain.
  3. MELT butter in a skillet and sauté frozen onions until translucent.
  4. ADD greens and remaining ingredients. Toss to serve.
